Usage Guide:

1. Setting Up a Pond: Add 100g (5 tablespoons) for every 200L (50 US gallons) of water to yield 0.5 ppt salinity.
2. Regular Maintenance: Every 6 months, add 250g (12.5 tablespoons) for every 200L (50 US gallons).
3. Emergency Nitrite Relief: In cases of nitrite toxicity, add 1kg (3 US cups) for every 200L (50 US gallons). After addressing toxicity, perform a water change to reduce salinity.
4. Gradual Addition: Introduce salt gradually to established ponds, ideally in an area away from fish to prevent ingestion. Dissolve in freshwater if necessary.
5. Water Changes: Avoid adding salt when replacing evaporated water and ensure regular water changes to prevent salt buildup.

Note: Not recommended for new ponds or if source water already has salinity above 1.0 ppt.
