The element™ Ca Reactor is designed to provide and maintain a stable ratio of calcium, magnesium, and alkalinity, crucial for the health of reef aquariums. It operates by using CO2 to interact with calcium reactor media, like Seachem’s Reef Reactor™. This process involves acidifying the water in the reactor, which dissolves the media, releasing essential elements like calcium, magnesium, and carbonates.
