Description

The Safe4 Instrument Disinfectant Concentrate is a quaternary ammonium chloride-based disinfectant that is effective against bacteria, mycobacteria, yeast, fungi, and viruses.

Directions

1. Preparation:
   • Pre-clean instruments using Safe4 Triple Enzyme Instrument Cleaner according to the provided directions.
2. Dilution:
   • Dilute the liquid concentrate to a 5% v/v solution with water, using a 1:20 ratio (1 part concentrate to 19 parts water). You can refer to the table at the bottom of the page for specific dilution instructions.
3. Disinfection Process:
   • Soak the instruments in the prepared working solution for 10 minutes at room temperature.
4. Storage/Reuse:
   • Ensure that the instruments are thoroughly dry before storing or reusing them.
5. Special Instructions for Endoscopes and Lumen Cleaning:
   • Refer to the label for specific instructions on cleaning endoscopes and fine lumen instruments.
